Service Learning 2008

This year for service learning as my independent service i would like to do a walk for a charity. I would also like to volunteer at the hospital. Also I can volunteer at an after school program to work with younger children. During the summer I can volunteer at an enrichment program. With the school I think a school wide recycling program for plastic and aluminum.The school can have a food drive where we collect can foods and then send them to homeless shelters, and nursing homes.The school can also make breakfast bags which you bring in backaged breakfast food (edible for elderly people) and put them in a bag and send them to a nursing home.
